I'm looking at the potential to bring a business partner into this newly branded company, DirtWorx JunkWorx, LLC. Someone who wants to take ownership of their work and help build a company that will grow into being a powerhouse in our region. This company has two divisions: 1) excavating and demolition and 2) junk removal. The position would start as a laborer (see below), then with the right fit, would move into profit sharing and potentially into owning shares of the business.
Our demolition and junk removal division is searching for a general laborer. This position will be responsible for working with co-worker(s) in various capacities, including hard labor jobs like manual demolition, helping to load items (sometimes heavy) into a trailer or dumpster and assisting with excavation crews.
Pay: $20/hour. This is a full-time position, typically working 32+ hours per week. We do work some evenings and weekends. See our Benefits post below.
The Hopper Company as a whole, is always looking at growing our brand. We're searching for someone who has experience in social media management that wants to help push the growth of each brand within the company.
